Kara was extremely helpful when I used her to sell my house. She was able to answer all my questions and even anticipated potential issues. She was a great communicator and intermediator. Even after closing, she has been helpful and responsive to questions I have had. I was very nervous about finding a realtor in the area. My past 2 house sales were handled so poorly that I was apprehensive about even using a realtor. The next time I buy or sell, I will be contacting Kara. I can't say enough about her.
