She knew the fair market value of our property we were selling in the Fountains of Arlington. She has excellent negotiation skills and was able to get the fair market price we were seeking. She also gave great advice on not over pricing the property which would keep it on the market longer without selling and ultimately resulting in a price reduction in the listing.
