Kara is an extremely knowledgeable and professional agent. She is always very good about communicating with her clients whether it be by phone, text or email. She really goes out of her way to make the process go as smoothly as possible and has a great team to back her up. Highly recommend
Kara is amazing. You cannot go wrong using her for any of your real estate transactions. Very hands on, responsive, attentive, and thorough. She spent plenty of extra time reviewing our details and making sure that all necessary tasks were completed. She followed up multiple times to make sure we had a smooth selling process.
Kara is an excellent realtor! She is timely, thorough, and professional. I was a first time home buyer and she helped me through the entire process! I highly recommended her!
I had the luxury of working with Kara and her team for over a year. Finally we was fortunate enough to get in on a house I wanted. Kara basically did everything and made it so easy I am ready to buy another house with her. I can’t thank her enough for setting up everything and making the house buying experience such a pleasure
Kara has helped us buy and sell property now. We are always amazed at the phenomenal job she does. She informs you of everything you need to know, at every step of the way. You are never left thinking any question or matter brought up was a waste of her time. On the ball is an understatement when it comes to Kara. We have not one complaint to say. Working with her was the best decision we could have made.
Kara, was wonderful.... thorough, professional, and paid meticulous attention to the details.
Kara Folkin is an incredible agent!! She greeted us with warmth and a binder of information about the homes we would be viewing. She knew about the areas. She was so helpful!! She listened to us, and truly helped us find the most amazing fit for our family. She was always available and communication was awesome. She then went above and beyond at and even after closing - to ensure we were ready for move in. Cannot say enough about Kara. She (and Adriel) were Godsends. We are very thankful!
I decided to make the leap from renter to home owner in Spring of 2022. But didn't start the search process until early this year. Kara came very highly recommended by a friend and after our first meeting I immediately felt comfortable with her and her knowledge of the current market. She was very patient while I negotiated my way thorough the waters of being a first time home buyer. We frequently talked by phone about the options and areas of town that I wanted vs. what I didn't want as well as advising me on the whole process of finding, buying and closing on a new home. She was with me though every step of the process and continues to be someone that I know I can call on with questions about this new undertaking. I would recommend her to anyone of my friends without reservations.
Kara was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what was required of her and we were grateful for everything she did in helping us secure our home. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a home in Tulsa.
Kara is very friendly, helpful, attentive, caring, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. It was truly a pleasure working with her, and she made our move to Oklahoma so much easier than we expected.
Prior to meeting Kara we spent six months with another broker and a very inexperienced agent resulting in poor quality showings and minimal offers. Using Kara we got back on track and sold the property above listing. During the sales process we had a burst pipe requiring renovations and Kara became our eyes and ears during the restoration process as we were out of state which was a huge benefit we did not expect and we closed on time! We would highly recommend Kara Folkins to sell your property.
My mom recently sold her house, and I worked with Kara on her behalf. Every step of the way, Kara listened to our questions and attended to the details - even to the point of scheduling the necessary repairs before putting the house on the market. She made the process as seamless as possible, and I greatly appreciated working with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone else who needs to sell their house!
