If you don’t have time to read my whole review, just know that you absolutely cannot go wrong with Kara, and hiring anyone else would be selling yourself short. I could write a novel about what a phenomenal realtor Kara is. We are a military family, who had a super complicated timeline, with many variables in the equation. When we contacted Kara we didn’t know if we were moving within the month, or in 6 months, but she did not hesitate to jump right in. She gave us quality advice on how to prepare our home, and get it ready for photographs and listing. Luckily we opted to get pictures ASAP because we ended up finding out we had to move in a matter of weeks. This was also at the beginning of the covid pandemic when Oregon was quickly locking down. Kara handled all of the red tape and minor details so that the home could get on the market quickly. Within the first day, we had multiple offers well above listing price. By the time we made it to our new home across the country, we were under contract. All of the paperwork, negotiations, and semantics that come with selling a house were quickly resolved, and closing was fast and efficient. Kara made the process of selling a home while being physically across the country, during a global pandemic, painless and dare I say it even enjoyable. I would never hesitate to hire her again should we move back to Oregon.

My wife amd I have to give Kara a 5 out of 5! We cannot recommend this realtor enough! From start to finish, she was upfront and honest about what we can expect from the current market and potential trends. She paid attention to what we were looking for and used her experience and connections to procure the perfect home. We negotiated a fair price and are fully satisfied with the purchase. Kara was patient and never let us feel rushed with the sale. Earnest is a fitting description.
