Ms. Kara Claro first impressed me with her positive outlook. She complimented me immediately at first meeting about how nicely I had kept my home and how presentable it was. After interviewing several agents prior to Ms. Claro I found her to be the most knowledgeable about the market values. Ms. Claro had a keen eye and noticed positive things about my house that the other realtors did not. She never had a negative word despite the following difficulties encountered with the buyer's bank. In the end, the buyer got a deal they could not get anywhere else in that prime location and I got more money for my house than any other realtor or I thought I could. I was very pleased with the outcome and I would hire her again.
