Prior to purchasing this home, my wife and I had always used the same agent, so when we found out that we were going to be working with a REX agent, we didn’t know what to expect and I was even skeptical at first because buying a home is such a stressful process. Simply put, Kara was amazing and exceeded all our expectations! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but also patient and personable, leaving me without at doubt that she had our family's best interest at heart the entire time. My wife and I found a fixer upper in our dream location, but it was being sold “as is”, which can be a terrifying process because you have no idea what you are getting yourself into. What began as a 30-day escrow turned into a 90-day process due to some issues popping up during the inspections, etc. While many agents may have grown impatient, Kara was fighting for us the entire time, keeping us up to date along the way and bending over backwards to accommodate our schedules to meet contractors, whether at night or weekends. Moving forward, not only would I personally use REX, but was so pleased with Kara and her team, that I have already mentioned to my father that he should give her a call to sell a property in the near future. If you want an agent that you can trust to get the job done right, I would highly recommend giving Kara a call.
Kara went above and beyond for us. She’s super knowledgeable on how everything works from start to finish. We just bought our first home and Kara had answers to all my questions and was there 24/7 when we needed her. She kept in contact with my lender and escrow daily for updates and made sure deadlines were met. Nothing but great things to say about her, and if we ever by another house, Kara will be the first person we call!
