This is the 2nd time I have used Kara for my real estate agent. I would not use anybody else. She knows the market well, and was a huge help not only in pricing our home but also in the negotiations with the buyer. She helped us understand what we needed to fix to appeal to more buyers, and also what we did NOT need to fix in this market. Her insights into the current market were great and she helped us look at our home through buyer's eyes. She has a win / win attitude with the transaction, instead of a win/lose situation where one party has to lose. I genuinely felt like the buyers got exactly what they wanted, and we did too. Kara helped me find a house while I was stationed in Virginia. I wasn’t able to leave the area to find a house in Florida due to Covid and she literally did the whole process for me from start to finish. I didn’t meet her until the day I closed on my house. One year later I needed to move again (military) and she helped with that also. Currently helping find another home in a different county. She goes above and beyond for me. Highly recommend her!
