Kansas was great, there was a lot of snags through out this purchase at no fault of us or Kansas and she took care of everything to make sure the deal got done. Highly recommend !

Kansas Petrey was great! I first met her at the open house. Very friendly and was not pushy at all. I reached out to her for a second viewing of the property and to look at other property. She was prompt and patient with us as we looked each property over. She was up front and honest. Any time I had questions or concerns she addressed them immediately. I don’t intend on buying any other property in the future however if it were to happen I would contact her again.

Kansas was always so helpful the entire selling and buying process. We were in a little bit of a hurry to get our house sold so we could buy and she made sure we did not worry about the length of time it was taking.
