He also provided sound advice and was an excellent salesman and spokesman for us through the negotiation process. for example, when our buyers made an expensive demand for us to install something, Kane was able to talk to the buyers agent and explain exactly why we couldn’t agree to that term. Simply speaking, Kane was wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone. Within 6 weeks between November and December Kane not only helped us purchase the home of our dreams (which came about late on a Saturday night after a bidding war erupted between us and two other buyers), but also listed and sold our previous home for more than the list price. Kane was also great at answering all of our questions in terms of home selling, something neither of us had ever done before.
