We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Kandie Lambert. We were first time homebuyers with little knowledge about how to find the right home. Kandie is honest, hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. When we found the “one” we ended up in a bidding war, she walked us through every step of the negotiations and even suggested that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. We have several friends/family members looking for homes and we will always recommend Kandie to them!
