Kandi was very professional, but gave a personal touch as well. She listed my home and did such a great job that I choose to use her in buying my new home as well. She was very helpful in letting me know what I needed to do to get the home ready to sell and always went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. She also had great resources for getting appraisals, getting quotes for repairs, mortgage company suggestions, etc.
