Kamla made this transaction go so smoothly and was on top of everything She went above my expectations as the listing agent. She made my job easy and such a pleasure to work with. Hopefully I will have another transaction with her.
My fiancé and I are in our early 30's and have always dreamed of owning our own home. Renting is so unbelievably expensive now and we realized very quickly that we had no idea what we were doing. Kamla is and was an absolute angel. She had patience and walked us through the entire home-buying process which gave us confidence. While looking at potential homes she was unafraid to point out concerns, talk with neighbors to scope out the neighborhood, and speak with the sellers agents to find out as much as she could to help us. She helped us create strong offers on homes that we loved and made any/all paperwork a breeze to sign, read through, and understand. She connected us with an amazing lender and, thanks to her expertise, we were blessed to sign the paperwork for our first home. Kamla is an absolute professional and I'll continue to pass her name off to anyone interested in buying a home. KAMLA MAKES DREAMS BECOME REALITY!!!
Kamla hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
