Most everything went very well but one time she made an important decision about the closing date without consulting with me first. I only caught it through the escrow officer and they corrected it but if I hadn't known about the change both buyer and me would have been left with a conflicting timeline for occupancy

Kami was very responsive and let us be in the driver's seat selling our house, allowing us to name the price and the commission for the buyer's agent. The process went smoothly from the professional photography (great pictures) to closing. Perhaps the best part was the amount of money we saved using Homie. Even though Homie charged a fraction of the normal price to sell, Kami did not make us feel like we were any less important. It's highly likely we'd use Homie again.
