Buying a home is such a big deal and can be a very scary, confusing, and overwhelming process. Kameron helped me navigate everything and stuck with me from start to finish. As a late stage millennial/early gen z, a woman, and a person of color— buying a home seemed out of reach for me. I truly didn’t think it would ever happen for me. But Kameron flawlessly helped me through this process and now I live in an incredible home that I can build a family in. When troubles came up in the process (as they do) he helped me find solutions. He also gave great advice, tips, and resources. What a huge positive impact on my life and surroundings. Very grateful for him in this process and very happy for my home. Kameron did a great job in keep us in the area we wanted financially. He has multiple calculators he ran to show us what we could afford and how that would affect us and what price range we should look into. He looked over past sales to make sure our offer was a great deal for us. Super helpful and was willing to drop anything to help us or answer questions as we needed and we had plenty of questions. Would recommend to all my friends and family.
