From advice during house hunting to renegotiating after the inspection, Kalyn was fantastic. She has managed home improvements for years and is super knowledgeable about the construction and home improvement industry. She accommodated late night home views (I work over an hour away from where I wanted to buy!) and provided great knowlege about the location. She is also fun and laid back (but professional), which I think is necessary in a realtor. We did spend countless hours together looking at homes and finding the perfect place for me! Did I mention her patience? We placed multiple offers, counter offers and negotiated multiple times after inspection and appraisal. She managed it all and made the process easy. All around she is a great realtor and I've worked with several. I would recommend her to any family or friends.
