Great Agent

Kalyn was extremely helpful with the sale of the house. She went above and beyond assisting me with local code issues that had changed since the original purchase. I had no knowledge of some of these ordinances and wouldn't have been able to have them corrected so quickly without her help. Highly recommend Kalyn for your buying or selling needs.

Real Estate Rockstar!

We were truly blessed to have Kalyn Sandmeyer represent us in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. When the market was at it's craziest we encountered many problems and roadblocks but thankfully we had Kalyn!
