My wife and I met Kalvin about two years ago when we were just casually house hunting at an open house he was hosting in Irvine. At the time we were not ready to buy, but rather just wanted to feel how the housing market was. Kalvin was super helpful in helping us understand the market and was already helping us look at different houses that could potential fit our budget. We definitely did not expect him to continuously check in with us, especially because we were not ready to buy yet. Most agent we felt would have left us since we were not ready to buy at the time.
