Kalie is the best , this is 2nd time I've used her first time to sell this time to buy. She exceeds all expectations anyone could come up with and treats clients like they are only thing that matters. I recommend her to anyone and I will always use her in future.

When Kalie and Natalia first approached us, I'll freely admit to some prior skepticism. Not because of anything either Kalie or Natalia said or eventually did, but because I had seen similar promises (or what I perceived as similar promises) from agents who did not, in the end, fulfill customer expectations. In fact, when Kalie asked "What do you think __'s business model is, I playfully responded, "Profiting off other's broken dreams." We all laughed and then she carefully explained the process. I am so glad that Kalie was able to prove my skepticism wrong. She asked us to have the house empty and ready for a virtual showing...and, when we did, the results were well beyond our expectations. I commented to Michelle (my wife) "Wow...that looks like a place I'd really like to live." And, sure enough...within a few weeks, we had a solid offer to a very nice gentleman who loves the house and wants to raise a family there. We closed today, and, while we will dearly miss our old house, we love our current one...and, we could not have done it without Kalie's expertise...her knowledge of the market, her ability to price reasonably, and to negotiate all terms so that both the buyer and seller are happy.
