As first time home buyers, Kali's knowledge and experience was extremely helpful. She didn't hesitate to dig deeper and she made sure to point out flaws or red flags in houses that first time home buyers might not notice. She didn't assume anything about us, just took us as we are and laughed with us at our off-beat humor and ideas we had for each house we went to. It made our experience enjoyable and comfortable as we searched for our new place to call home, and tried to envision ourselves in each home.

We set out on an epic road trip during the sale process; Kali did a great job working things so we could sign as much as possible digitally and coordinated a notary in the closest major town to were we where when the property sold (for those pesky items that still require a wet signature).
