She was available to answer all of our questions as young homeowners, and give us in depth explanations for our numerous inquiries. We required a good amount of hand holding throughout the process, and Kali always made us feel great about our decisions, gave us all potential scenarios to look at and never made us feel like we were a burden. We felt heard, and really felt like Kali cared about having our best interest in mind.
