Kali was professional and had great insight into the market in Grand Marais. It could have been a difficult process as we live 6 hours away and property owner was 91 years old and needed to accomplish the sale remotely. She was patient when communicating with the owner and very clear when presenting all offers. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home/property in the Grand Marais area.
