Kaleb was an incredible Realator from the jump. We initially connected in 2023, unsure if we were ready to buy, and just curious about what the process looked like. Once we obtained our pre-approval, we shared with Kaleb what our budget was and we officially began our search! This was made incredibly easy by the engine that Kaleb set up for us. Daily we got updates of new homes that were listed and fit within our parameters. This included all of our wants, must haves, and most importantly, homes that fit our budget. As we saw homes that peaked our interest, Kaleb would schedule visits at our availability without mattering the time or the place. We explored homes as late as 10 pm in South Austin, North Austin, Cedar Park, Manor, Round Rock, and Pflugerville. As we saw new homes, Kaleb noticed what we truly liked and didn’t like. He refined his search engine each day to ensure homes fit what we were discovering we wanted along the way. He was very knowledgeable and taught us what we should be looking for in homes. As first time homes buyers, it was amazing to see that Kaleb truly had our best interest at heart, and made us trust him even more. He helped us find our perfect home, negotiated an amazing deal, and was there for closing. We highly recommend Kaleb, and can’t wait to work together again!
