Kaleb provided an exceptional home buying experience! He was ready for all the stresses I brought to the table as a first time home buyer! It can be an inevitably overwhelming process in which Kaleb is there to relieve. He consistently took the time to answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a prompt manner. He event spent the time hop on phone calls to re-explain my questions with my family members who were helping me though the process! He gives honest advice and will have your back in making the best decision on your property purchase! He is very knowledgeable about the banking/fiancé sector for home buying and able to answer in depth questions about the lender. Kaleb consistently negotiated on my behalf for the appropriate inspections, repairs, and closing costs. I feel fortunate to have had Kaleb as my agent and be treated as family.
