Excellent communication, very veteran friendly

Kala has been very patient with me, 3 year long process. She assisted me in ways to fix my credit, introduced me to multiple lenders to ensure I got the best deal possible. She encouraged I used my VA loan because of the benefits of the program. Once I was approved on 5/29/26, she was able to get me into a last minute same day showing of what is now my home! She negotiated an amazing deal on my end every step of the way, no lapse in communication whatsoever. Many time she would communicate after work hours to keep me updated on every detail of the deal. Today 6/16/26 I closed at 1:30pm on a 4 bd 2 bath home with no down payment, no closing costs & a reimbursement on my earnest money! Couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me throughout this process! Highly recommend
