Before the close of escrow for my home that was sold in Newark, CA, Kal helped me find a beautiful home that was built in 2003 located at Tracy, CA which was a bank owned, but a well move in condition. He was very helpful by informing me of areas not to consume unnecessary expenses during the purchase of this home and I saved tremendously. I trusted Kal's expertise and didn't even consider having a termite or property inspection, I bought this home as is and as of now there has not been any issues. When my property had no appraisal contingency, Kal went back to the listing agent and renegotiated a lower price for me eventhough I was willing to pay the full price. As I had said in my previous review, Kal is very good at what he is doing and I in fact gave my friend a referral where he sold his home in Newark, CA well above asking price as well.
