Kaitlyn Richards

I've known Kate for several years and have always known her to be hard working and diligent. We were making this purchase long distance and relied heavily on Kate's knowledge in navigating this project. A huge plus was Kate's knowledge of the local horse world and her ability to secure temporary lodging for our horses. Not many agents could have pulled that off for their clients.

Kate did a great job, we had a mess on our part because we did not do wills correctly and she help keep the buyers in the game.
