Kaitlyn was very helpful during a tough time for our family. Going through an estate sale is not easy, especially with us not living in the area and Kaitlyn was always available to help with whatever we needed. Even if that meant taking extra trips to the house since we were not around. It was an interesting time in the market when we needed to sell and she helped us get things done quickly and around expected pricing. Overall solid experience to work with Kaitlyn and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.
