Kaitlin Martel

Kaitlin Martel and her Father Steven Martel went above and beyond. This was my first experience selling a home, I was walked through each step and everything was explained in easy to understand terms. The Martels were very friendly. I would highly recommend The Martels for any real estate business. If I ever need an agent again, I would definitely call The Martels.

My fiancé and I had been casually looking for homes online until we saw a house in our price range in the town we were deadset on living in. We decided we wanted to move forward and so I contacted Martel Realty. That house received a higher offer but we found another pretty quickly. This was our first time buying a home and so we didn't really know what to expect and Kaitlin was fantastic at walking us through every step! We had a vacation planned right before our closing date and she helped to make sure the bank had everything handled beforehand so that we could enjoy ourselves. She was always reachable and answered every question we had very quickly. If we're ever in the market for another house or need help selling this one we'll definitely be going through Kaitlin again!
