About Kailyn

Before her successful start in real estate, Kailyn showcased her talents at the University of New Hampshire. After exploring her interests in psychology, interior design, political science, and law, she eventually graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with minors in Political Science and Architectural Design. Throughout her collegiate career, Kailyn demonstrated professionalism, effective communication, and strong negotiation skills. In addition to her academic achievements, she also resided as Website and Blog Chair of her organization, Alpha Xi Delta. Driven by her childhood love of real estate, Kailyn worked as a leasing agent assistant during her time at UNH, gaining a wealth of knowledge such as cutting-edge marketing strategies. She then obtained her real estate license and has since been immersed in the field as an assistant under industry Broker & Owner, Kelly Catallo, seeking to learn from the best.
