Kai is a gem. She was very straight and direct in all aspects of the sale. She handled several issues that came up with during the process with swift professionalism. Her advice was solid and communication outstanding. Her knowledge of the market was right on spot. Closed in 3 weeks for asking price. Highly recommend Kai for worry free sales/buying process
