Most detail oriented agent I have ever met.
Kai-Lun pays attention to details and goes above and beyond to find answers for my questions. She would spend a lot of time perusing the contracts and then provide valuable advice for my transaction. She is a trust-worthy agent and gains my respect not only because of her excellent negotiation skills but also because she always puts her clients first.
