She was willing and able to work with me from across the country with a two hour time difference … called, texted, or emailed as appropriate. She sent me video on the day after the house was available to be seen. She helped me put in an offer the following day. I closed in less than a month from when she texted me to offer her help. She’s definitely on the ball. Without her, I would have missed out on this opportunity.
