Very positive experience.

We were very pleased with Mr. Kesterson. When we decided to sell, Kaedon was the realtor we knew we wanted to work with. He has a solid reputation in Wills Point. This was our first time to sell a house so we needed someone to walk us through the entire process. Kaedon was very understanding and kept us involved every step of the way. We put our house on the market right about the time the market slowed down. He never got discouraged and kept working to get a buyer. We had several offers that didn’t pan out and then a contingent offer that we ended up taking. It was a long process but he and the buyers agent kept working to get it done. I would highly recommend Kaedon Kesterson to anyone needing an agent. He will work hard, keep you informed and updated, and do everything he can to make the experience a positive one.
