Kadie assisted us with the purchase of a Lot. She helped us negotiate the price down with a 60 day contingency to allow us to determine the feasibility of being able to build on the lot. During that time she checked in on us frequently to see how our study had been going. If we had any questions she was always quick to respond.

Kadie has done such a wonderful job selling our previous QBHI home and with the purchase of our new QBHI home. If we had any questions she would always respond quickly. She made both processes incredibly easy and her kindness and thorough knowledge of real estate made it a great pleasure to work with her. I would definitely recommend her services.
