Kade Ence

Kade is not only an excellent broker/realtor but a wonderful person. We lived in Texas and an excellent KW realtor there sold our home in one day. She knew we wanted to move to the Saint George, UT area so she contacted a KW office in Saint George and asked to speak to their best person. That is how we were lucky enough to work with Kade. He was so patient with us changing our minds about our budget and which city we wanted to live in. We ended up buying our dream home in a golf community! So happy!

Kade is by far the best realtor in Southern Utah! He cares about his clients & is very personable. We worked with a different realtor once whom stated he was the best in Southern Utah showed us all the facts & sweet talked us. We didn't see the guy ever again. He didn't care about us, just wanted to make his money & be done. We learned our lesson & will never be without Kade in our home selling/buying adventures. Such a great guy that knows his real estate stuff!! Thank you so much Kade for everything!!!!
