Randy does good work at a reasonable price and is a nice guy to have in your home! Justyna answered all my questions and would encourage me when I got stressed out (which is pretty often). She helps you price your house right the first time for a quick sale. I received a few offers above asking price! She is patient with you while looking at new homes to buy and we had a lot of fun together! She gives good advice during negotiations and will go to bat for you when needed. Justyna was an amazing realtor, I was planning on selling my house by myself but soon realized I would need to coordinate 7 contractors to get it sale ready. Not only did Justyna manage all of that for me, she was able to get deep discounted prices due to her relationships with the contractors and also contributed to the repairs herself. Justyna is an amazing realtor!! She is very knowledge, she is definitely an expert in the housing market. She is honestly and trustworthy, gave great sound advise. Great communication too!! Also knew a lot of contractors too, (plumbers, painters, window & glass, etc.) which is huge in my opinion. Because it's hard to know who to trust.
