Home with Justis For those of you who do not know me personally, let me introduce myself. My name is Justis Heppner. I am a Realtor, wife, mother, sister, friend, the DIYer, the historical home girl, and that coffee woman. I’m not your average Realtor and before you roll your eyes, just hold on. I understand everything within homes from mechanics to functionality. I focus on interior themes that are easy on the pocket in both buying and selling. In addition to the seven years of being a Realtor, my husband and I have owned three homes and have restored them personally. We also own Populace Coffee and have two children. Outside of those roles, I am on the Board of Review for the Tax Assessment Board of Bay City and previously held a seat on the Historical District Commission for 3 years.
