Justinian began his well-developed career path studying civil engineering (specializing in high-rise structures) at New Mexico State University and moved into a multifaceted architectural program at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
Summer family trips to Denver visiting native Colorado family members, compelled Justinian to move to Denver in 2010.
