Justine and I officially met on my first day of walkthroughs, which were planned the Saturday after Thanksgiving. She worked during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend to make sure homes that were on my list to view were available when I would be traveling back through the area. None of those homes panned out, but the next few homes we toured the following weekend were scheduled, and one of them ended surprisingly well. She helped me make an offer on the house that included the seller leaving behind the breakfast nook set in the basement. The inspector she recommended was very knowledgable and more than willing to let me follow him around as he did my home inspection, the loan company she works with and recommended was wonderful to work with and had great communication to make sure I got everything we needed to close on the house, and her negotiations with the seller's agent were very favorable. I don't think I would have had nearly as enjoyable a time buying a house if Justine wasn't my agent. We laughed through most walkthroughs, and mutually stood in awe when we figured out the one we joked about being "the house" actually blew us away. Justine was fantastic to work with. And as long as both she and I are still in the same area the next time I move, I'll be giving her another call :)
Justine is the best realtor to ever work with! It was my first time buying a house and she made my experience perfect.
