Justine is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever met and had the pleasure of dealing with. From the word Go, she priced it perfectly and knew when and what needed to be done to get the property sold in as timely a manner as could be expected, and there were definitely some unforseen problems that arose, that were in no way her fault. We had to have an electric pole installed by the electric company and she was on top of it calling the engineer and electricians among others to make sure the job got done, and done right. The property was also overgrown and needed to be cleared. Do you think that slowed her down? No sir, she pulled up her sleeves and helped clear the yard! She also helped to paint the interior and exterior trim to help things look better for the potential buyers. I have never heard of or seen another realtor help this much. Any and all questions were answered without hesitation and explained in a way that I could understand, since I don't speak realty. I am beyond ecstatic with the way she handled the selling of the property and knowledge of everything that needed done, expected and unexpected. I will without a doubt hire Justine to sell or help me buy any and all future properties that I need help with. I highly recommend Justine to any and everyone.

We even changed our mind on which home we were going to choose and she helped us with not only backing out of the first offer (not ashamed to say we backed out of the first offer, it just wasn’t the perfect fit for our family) but then turned right back around and found us the ONE. The one that was. The one that checked ALL the boxes and was just PERFECT for our family. We were on a time crunch too, which she met flawlessly. I can’t sing Justinas praises enough. Justina was an extremely competent and calming presence in the very difficult and stressful experience of a long distance purchase during a pandemic. We were continually kept up to date on the market and pricing trends. Justina acted as our eyes, and she had a great feel for what we were looking for. Very quickly we learned to count on her and her knowledge of Wilmington area real estate and regulations, and she did not disappoint. With limited opportunities to visit, this turned out to be crucial to our success.

Justina helped my family and I find a home while we were living several hours away from where we were buying. There were many challenges to doing this. Justina supported us with virtual tours, frequent visits to the property to check on things and helping to organize minor repairs. Justina made herself easily available and provided a calm support when challenges arose. We are grateful for Justina’s support and knowledge and would recommend her to others looking for a home!
