I worked with Justin over the summer when I was in the market to buy a second home in the great state of Iowa. Justin exceeded my expectations and my home purchased happened without a hitch.
Justin was really nice and friendly. As we were looking at the house that I went with he also let me know that there was a house that sold recently that was in about the same condition that sold for a lot more than the house we looking at right now, which helped me determine if the price was good. Any time I had a question I was able to just contact him and would get a response that both answered the question and would usually also answer any follow up questions that I could think up. With the place that I ended up going with we originally had a late occupancy set up which pushed back when I was going to get the keys which he informed me of and kept me up to date on when that changed back to getting the keys on the closing date, and he also gave me the information on what I needed to do for the changing of utilities, which helped me out a lot as it made it to where I didn't have to go and look for it all by myself.
