Justin Trotter

Justin has helped us now buy two houses and sell one and he has been phenomenal every time. He took the time one day to schedule 21 houses to view. Amazing that he would go above and beyond to do that. Always answers questions or directs us to who needs to answer them. Hopefully we won't need to move anytime soon, but if we do, Justin will be our go to!

Working with Duffy has been great. Justin was always quick to answer questions and went out of his way to make our first home purchase as easy as possible.

Justin went above and beyond our expectations in the purchasing process of our new home. We moved from OH to GA, while we were still in Ohio Justin worked with us over the phone to find out our wants and needs. He worked closely with us while we sold our home in Ohio so that we could make a seamless move into a new home in GA. His knowledge and experience helped us out when he noticed something on a report and he requested a second opinion, saving us from a few thousand dollar repair on the home.

From start to finish my husband and I had such a great home-buying with Justin as our realtor. He was extremely responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Numerous weekends he was able to schedule 5-7 back to back appointments so we could see as many houses as possible. Many times we didn’t give him much notice and he was still able to contact the selling agent and get things set up. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable during the entire process. When we did find our perfect house, he was extremely quick and diligent writing the contract and we were the first offer. During closing, the selling agent even commented that Justin’s swiftness was one of the reasons why they accepted our offer! Overall I would highly recommend Justin and appreciate how smooth and enjoyable he made this experience for us!

Justin Trotter is the best!! I’m so glad we found him, we could always get a hold of him, at any time of the day. He was patient, helpful and I knew he had our best interest at all times. I never felt pressured by him, or felt as if it were just another sale for him. He would honestly listen to everything we would tell him and made sure he we found the house wanted. He loves what he does and made everything as painless as possible. He will always be my go to person when buying or selling a house. I will recommend him everyone!
