Justin Spann, with Key Realty, is a wonderful Realtor. He is the first Realtor who took me seriously when I started looking at homes. Any house I was interested in, I would text him the address and he would get all the information about the home. I found a house in the area I was looking in, and he even suggested the mortgage company to use. I found the house in September and just closed on my house. The whole process was very easy, he took care of everything. He even gives suggestions on who to use for inspections, moving, and anything you need help with. I would highly recommend Justin Spann.
