Both him and his brother went above and beyond what was expected to help us find our perfect home. No doubt today’s real estate market is tricky to navigate. Most agents just tell you to offer your highest and best. This is great for those that want to waste money. Typically these buyers have agents not from Central Florida and therefore don’t truly understand the local market. So the advice is always highest and best. Since Justin is a native of Central Florida, his knowledge of the area was an asset in getting me into my home for the right price. There is no way a realtor that is new to Central Florida could have that corporate knowledge to find the exact area I desired for the right price. The area is just too diverse. Justin is a very hard worker and is extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend you chose Justin as your agent for buying in Central Florida. And like my title says, yes, he negotiated my home for 60K less than asking. Let him do this for you!
