Justin helped me purchase a HUD home. I wanted to buy a foreclosure/fixer-upper, but was also very worried about buying a money pit! I think Justin's experience with this type of purchase helped me find a "diamond in the rough". The neighbors just sold their house for $40k more than what I've paid for my fixer-upper, including my fix up costs (and theirs isn't updated like mine). I would definitely use Justin and his company again.
