We are so happy we chose to work with him. Justin is exactly what you are seeking in a real estate agent. He’s an expert in his field and a true professional — reliable, responsive, calm and honest. He’s also a good guy, and quite funny. At every step during the home sale process, Justin guided us to make good decisions. The house sold very quickly for my dad’s asking price. Closing was exceptionally smooth. Justin answered all our questions, solved complex issues, and identified top-notch repair / cleaning people. He also went above-and-beyond in ways that astounded us. For instance, he spent a lot of time searching for dad’s legal documents at attorney and county offices. Most importantly, Justin brightened my dad’s final days. After the house sale, Justin stayed in touch with my father, visited him at his new place, and continued to help him out. When my father passed away, Justin attended the funeral. For all this, we are grateful.

Justin is very attentive and professional. He returns calls and or text messages within a timely timeframe. He is very knowledgeable on the market, closings, inspections needed etc. I give him the highest rating. I have recommended him to numerous people and have utilized him with several real estate transactions over the past several years.

I have gone through the home buying/selling process on four different occasions while living in South Florida. I have never had a better experience than what Justin just provided for us. Justin listened and understood what my wife and I were looking for from day one. We spent a good 4-5 months searching and going to open houses, not to mention his communication with us on being able to get quick access to house he was able to show us late afternoons and almost every weekend. Getting information from listed houses was always on point, and having his input and recommendations from materials in the house and neighborhoods was an extra help for us when we found our dream house. Definitely the realtor you want to have when you’re on the market to buy a house. The attention to details regarding estimates on houses was something I learned with him, not to say afterwards on finally getting an offer accepted what entails with down payment, home insurance, inspections, etc. Trust me, you need someone who can help in everything that comes within buying a house and Justin is that realtor. If I would to buy a house again I will only do it with Justin!

I am honored to write this review and I hope I convey it in the best way possible: It is, literally, my job to close real estate transactions; I have done this work for 20+ years and, before that, lived in it (family business). I work with several amazing real estate professionals and I love them all but, when it was time to sell my own property I called Justin. Market knowledge and communication and professionalism are all great attributes and Justin has (more than) a firm grip on these things but I would have to say that they are secondary to his ability to identify, understand and overcome the slightest of possible pitfalls, his overwhelming care for his clients and his natural inclination to know when and how to care and how and when to act are what sets him apart (along with an uncanny ability to negotiate; this isn't just all 'puppies, kitties and roses'...he's a real pitbull, when he has to be). I know enough about real estate and have had enough experience (both great and not so great) to know that Justin is a really freaking amazing partner to have in any real estate transaction. No brainer. Pick this guy (you won't be sorry!!!).
