He continued sending and forwarding houses for me every singly day, although I wasnt working with him in the beginning. I was so lucky to find this agent, becasue without him I would be able to find this lovely house with this incredible price. I really consider myself very very lucky. I saw maybe hundred houses, but like the one that Justin showed me. I:ve been looking for a house since alsmost one year ago. Justin rocks! He spent countless hours with my wife and I sending us information on and looking at different homes that fit our specific requirements. Even after we made an offer on a home, we spent one final day driving all around San Diego looking at homes to help us feel comfortable with our decision. Justin then helped us with the rest of the process including finding us the best deal on financing our home. Since our home is considered a "condo" even though to the average person it is actually a house, we had trouble getting an FHA loan, but Justin did his homework and found a totally legitimate way to make it happen. We are now in the process of refinancing our home to eliminate our PMI and reduce our interest rate. I started the refinancing process with another company, but they ended up not being able to help me because of the condo issue, and again Justin was able to make it happen where others couldn't. I totally trust Justin and would recommend him to anyone.

Buying a home is not the easiest thing to do these days but it didn't matter if was day or night Justin was right there ready to do whatever needed to be done to take care of us. Justin helped us find and buy a perfect house here in Lakeside 5 years ago, after our first agent couldn't follow through with our needs and expectations.
