Justin worked very hard to get me the condo I wanted. He was available for showings every time I called at the last minute. He responded quickly wether it was email, text or call. I had trouble qualifying for loans at banks and he was able to get me a loan with a good interest rate. Highly recommend.

My husband and I started the home process in October 2013. We attended workshops, got prequalified for $300,000 from a well know bank and had a realtor working with us, from a big company. But, as weeks passed by and we didn’t see any progress with the house hunt, we decided to try Justin Robert. Justin, always answered our phone calls, e-mails and text, and because were new at this process he did a lot of hand holding. We never felt pressure to offered on a house we didn’t like or did he never told us we were low balling (last company wanted us to offered at least $10,000 over the price). When it was time to offer on a house we really liked the bank lowered the money for the prequalification to $200,000, and Justin once again helped us out to get a bigger loan with a different lender. What it took three months with the bigger companies with Justin; it was three weeks of searching plus a month in escrow!! Thank you Justin!!!

Justin's knowledge and expertise on the sale of my house helped me immensely as this was a first time home sale for me. When we went into escrow, Justin outlined sale agreement conditions that keep things moving on track. When it came time to fill out the disclosure documentation, Justin pointed out items that I would have never thought of.
