Justin Quemada is not like some realtor out there thats trying to make a quick buck. He definitely looks after you and your family's best interest whether you are looking to sell your home or as in our case, buy our first home. As a realtor, He's very patient, dependable, and clearly understands the housing market. It took us a while to find our home but he never once doubted our intentions or wavered in his support and have stayed with us despite encountering several unforseen hurdles that prevented us from securing financing (initially). Tak about LOYALTY. Even though as an agent he means business, Justin doesn't pressure you and is infact respectfull enough to give you time to think and consider all the pros and cons. Rest assure though that he's there to makes sure you understand the process and advises you on whats best but nonetheless leaves it up to you to decide. He's very professional and is very easy to talk and reach out to whenever, wherever. Did i mention that he's a very crafty negotiator and will make sure that the home you will be getting is the right one for you. Plus, it doesn't hurt that he has a lot of professional contacts who will deliver on the work they promise you no ifs or buts. Whether it be in financing your home purchase or doing some home renovation after your purchase, Justin's professional connection and his calm demeanor can make your home buying experience a pleasurable one even though it can be nerve wracking at times. I can honestly say that even though my wife and i met Justin by chance, having him as our agent was a true blessing. Not only did we have a very capable and professional realtor on our side, we also gained a trusted friend.

I would recommend Justin to anyone that is looking to buy, or sell. He is highly personable, and makes himself available at all hours to make sure all your questions are answered, and that you are aware of everything. My house sold in four days after receiving 20 offers, and sold for 16k over what we had listed. He truly is great as his profession.

I met Justin for the first time in an open house (I own this house today). Within one month Justin helped me to own this same house I walked into and met him for the first time. Justin was very friendly and provided lots of information on the property. I told him how much I wanted to pay for it which was substantially less than the asking price, But Justin assured me he will make it happen, he called the listing agent on the spot and arrange for us to send the offer same night! One amazing thing about Justin, he never give up and tries all his best to close the deal. We went through some difficulties with the seller refusing to make some repairs found in physical inspection during the process, I was frustrated and wanted to back out, but Justin help absorbing my frustration and negotiated repairing terms with the seller, as well as provided referrals to contractors who finished the work for less cost. My schedule is usually crazily busy which can sometimes be frustrating to others. One great thing about Justin was his ability to work around my crazy schedule and find ways and times to connect with me and arrange getting things done. Justin was always reachable and he would let me know if he was going to be unreachable for a couple of hours but he always found a way to communicate with me. Justin is a super star in your house hunting team, he helped me writing an amazing introduction cover letter with my offer to seller, he crafted perfect offer, tuning all its aspects from financial offering, contingencies, and closing terms, which all made my offer stands out as a strong and great offer for seller. Justin is an excellent real estate agent in short words. I recommend her to EVERYONE!
