We had difficulties with our previous realtor not only in finding exactly what we were looking for, but doing so in a timely manner so we could make an offer. After missing out on several potential properties, we turned to Justin for help. After listening to our needs and going over the local market, and noting there was nothing available within our means, he took the time to go over previous listings to see if there was something which met what we were looking for. It was an avenue I had not thought of, nor had our previous realtor considered. There was one house that met everyone of our requirements that was once on the market, but no longer was. Justin was able to contact the current homeowners, explain our desire to purchase the home even though it was not for sale, and successfully negotiate a fair price for all parties. Less than two months later the house was ours. Even more important was the ability to work around my complex schedule to meet our needs.
